Don’t Use Labels

I don’t like to use labels for anything. When it comes to how I eat, I don’t flaunt that I’m “vegan” because with that label comes a whole set of stigmas and “rules”. If you break those rules, other “vegans” will jump down your throat. So – labels are a no. I choose to explain how I eat rather than put a label on it.

I eat healthy. I do my research about what should and shouldn’t be ingested in the human body and I base my meals around that thought. I don’t eat dairy, meat, or gluten. I eat foods that are organic and are labeled non-GMO. (I am aware of the controversy on those food labels, but hey it’s better to be safe than sorry, at least I’m trying to give a shit about my health). Our bodies are our temples and should be treated as such. Just because you label yourself “vegan” doesn’t mean you are healthy. It just means that you don’t eat animals or animal by-products. It doesn’t mean you are getting the nutrients your body needs to thrive.

I think the main reason why there is such bad health in America is because most are uneducated about their food and are lied to about what’s “healthy”. For example, milk. Milk is not healthy. It doesn’t effect your bones and make you big and strong like commercials tell you. It causes inflammation in your body and creates a build up of mucus. You are not a baby cow, therefore you do not need to consume the milk of another species. We are the only species to consume milk past infancy. That makes us look really stupid, doesn’t it? You can drink your own mother’s milk until you grow out of that stage of your life cycle. After that time, you don’t need any other type of dairy for your body to be healthy and strong. If you think you do, I ask you nicely to stop letting the media control your mind and to do your own research.

Why I Don’t Eat Meat

I wanted this to have its own section because this is important. It’s obviously known how bad meat is, especially red meat, for your body. Meat causes a variety of illnesses in humanity today. But that’s not the only reason why you should avoid it. From a spiritual perspective, it’s completely unnecessary to kill another living being (that has thoughts and feelings), then prepare it for your family and eat at your dinner table, all while your cute puppy sits under the table for some crumbs to fall…. hmm ironic. If you wouldn’t eat your puppy, you shouldn’t be eating a different animal either. There’s no difference between your pet and a “farm” animal. Animals don’t even belong on farms, they belong in nature. We are just conditioned by society to think cows and pigs and chickens belong in a dirty confined space.

Think about the horrific karmic energy you’re putting into your body by eating meat. You can’t end the life of a living being in a humane way. It’s impossible. That poor scared animal, who was taken from its mother, all to live its life in a tiny space where it can’t even turn around, breathing and living in its own feces. Your putting that fear and sadness into your energy field.

If you do still eat meat and shitty junk food, do you know how many parasites are living inside your intestines right now? Thousands. Those food cravings you have, yeah those aren’t really cravings. Those are parasites telling your body they need to be fed. The more you give in and feed then, the more they spread. The more they spread, the more bloated and shitty you feel.

I’m not writing this to change your lifestyle, I’m writing this to tell you facts. I’m also not writing this to argue with anyone. You cannot eat death and expect life. Unfortunately, I am right about this wether you want to believe it or not. It’s up to you to want to change your life and make your body pure so that your entire being can be pure.

I’m aware of all arguments (“what about our canine teeth?”, “there’s free range options”, “what about grass fed animals?”, “how will i get protein and b12?”, etc.) they’re all invalid and clearly show me that you don’t do your own research and are uneducated on these topics. So if you attempt to leave a comment arguing with me, I will politely tell you to fuck off in the nicest way possible.

Your health starts with what you put in your body. If you’re trying to become healthy, make sure that you’re putting real, earth-made food into your body and not man-made, genetically modified, chemical-filled poison. Over time, if we all only ate fruits and vegetables that were free from pesticides and genetic modification, there would be no disease.

Changing the way I eat has honestly improved my health so much. If I still ate like shit while trying to battle Lupus, I would probably be close to dead by now. I try to eat a diet that is as close to plant-based as I can afford. At least I’m trying, are you?

Feed your soul, not your parasites. You’re either hurting your body or healing your body. Do your research and cure yourself!

  1. Eating death and expecting life…absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for sharing. I also have an autoimmune disease (MS) and my friends and family think I’m weird because I would rather not eat meat. Not for any of the reasons you’ve mentioned, but I just don’t have a taste for it. Your article has given me food for thought (no pun intended) and I’m excited to eat now with these very legitimate thoughts in mind. Be blessed and keep sharing!

  2. You know what? I woke up thinking, “I need to stop eating dairy.” Then I read your blog! Wow! If that wasn’t confirmation, then I don’t know what is. The most impactful line was “you can’t eat death and expect life.” I was stuck there for a minute. I’m posting that on my refrigerator, desk at work, everywhere to remind me. Thank you for this. 💜

  3. I think my biggest insecurity is peoples judgment of what and how I eat. I also avoid animal products, and found myself to be much healthier when I avoid gluten, but so make people cringe when I explain my restrictions. (Im also not open about my illness, so I find it hard to explain that its not technically an allergy). Maybe Im far too self concious, but how do you avoid judgment on your diet? Or how do you keep yourself from focusing on the opinions of others?

    1. It can be very intimidating when people don’t understand what you’re going through. What I do is I really try not to care what others think. I know what’s best for my body by listening to it. Other people aren’t me, so I remind myself that I’m my own person who is allowed to make my own decisions. If I think avoiding gluten will benefit my health, then what the hell! I’m gonna avoid gluten! Same thing goes for meat and dairy. If I feel that avoiding them will benefit me and my heath, I’m just going to avoid it no questions asked! You’re the one who has to live with your body the rest of your life, don’t let the standards of society and opinions of others effect how you treat your sacred temple; your body. It’s YOUR body, treat it how you want to. Love your self for every decision that you make!
