Update #4 on New Routine

I am so sorry it’s been a few weeks since I made a blog post, I’ve been traveling the country with my boyfriend and my dog and just haven’t really been paying attention to social media. But I have amazing news… I am feeling the best I have EVER felt. There has been absolutely no inflammation, no headaches, no sore spots, no rashes, NOTHING. This isn’t a secret anymore, what I have been doing is clearly helping. My goal has been to cure myself from the inside out on a cellular level, and that’s exactly what I have been doing. Here’s an update on my skin! Lookin’ good, all thanks to fruits and veggies!

To recap on my daily routine, this is my lifestyle:

-I’m eating a plant based diet! This means fruits and veggies…. that’s it. If it doesn’t grow from the earth, I don’t consume it. (This is so much easier than it sounds, the hardest part is staying to true to yourself and actually having the will-power to stick to this way of eating). I make 4 or 5 different smoothies per day that contain fruits and veggies that I feel my body needs. This may seem like a lot but when you follow a plant based diet, you eat more often and a higher quantity than if you were to follow a different way of eating. Remember: There is no such thing as too much fruitDO NOT FEAR FRUIT SUGAR. The misinformation out there today is insane. Do your own research!

-Consuming 45 fruits and veggies in the form of plant powders EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. This is the most important aspect of my daily routine because eating healthy and making good food choices is easy peasy but getting the QUANTITY my body needs to thrive is pretty hard. So having this three step nutrition trio system makes sure that I am getting enough servings of fruits and veggies every day. (Interested? Reach out to me and I can help you get started!)

-16 oz of Celery juice every morning. This has been a complete life saver. I’ve said it plenty of times before in my previous posts but this is something I learned from Anthony William, author of Medical Medium. This has been repairing my body on a cellular level. Drinking this first thing in the morning honestly feels magical, and if you don’t believe me, try it for yourself. Read Anthony William’s books to get an in depth explanation of what this amazing vegetable does for your body when you juice it.

Liquid Vitamin B12. I eat enough plant based foods to suffice my body’s needs but I take a B12 supplement for now just to make sure.

DHA & Astaxanthin supplement from Cymbiotika. This has boosted my memory, energy, mood, and helps with blood circulation. There are a million and one reasons to take this, check out the website I get it from, link is above.

As of right now, this is all I do. It’s a lot and it’s taken me a long time to figure out what works for me and an even longer time to get to the state of health I am at today. But I wouldn’t change any of this. I’m a new person. My health is my full time job and at the same time I get to help others achieve their health goals as well. Together we can reverse diagnoses that are thought to be impossible to get rid of. Nothing is fucking impossible, I’m living proof. Healing is about 40% what you consume, and 60% mindset. I can help you turn your life around, I’m here when you’re ready.

xoxo,

Hailey

P.S. – I don’t use facewash anymore and have never used acne medications. So this skin healing has been strictly from foods! To clean my face I use water and then spray rose water on it and let it dry.

  1. I am so happy to read you are feeling so well! Seems like traveling the country and your plant based diet is doing a lot of good and sounds like something I may need to try! It can’t hurt, but it may help me as well. Thank you for sharing and I am glad you are back with us. I honestly believe taking time away from social media of all types is healthy!!! I hope you have a great weekend!
